Attention! Before starting the procedure of exchange or refund, please call the number indicated on the website!
According to the legislation of Ukraine, you can exchange or return the product purchased from us, within 14 days from the date of purchase.
This can happen if:
- The product did not fit you in size, color or for other objective reasons;
- You did not use it for other purposes, kept the market condition and all the accompanying elements (clips, labels). Required! Do not damage the clip in any way! Otherwise, the product cannot be returned/exchanged!
If within 14 days after the purchase you have discovered a factory fault, the product is accepted for exchange or repair in our Ganveri clothing studio (if the product was purchased directly in the studio).
If the product is purchased online, then the return/exchange is made using the delivery service “Nova Poshta”. You can send us the product having filled in the application form (you can download the sample at the link below). You will need a document confirming your purchase (a declaration from the post office).
Customer bears all expenses connected with the return/exchange of products of good quality.

Return/exchange of goods is possible only in Ukraine.
